Inspection and evaluation of the existing structure, which lead to concerns of structural components. Replacement of the structure involved fitting an unused superstructure in inventory to the Sandon bridge site. This involved detailed tracking analysis, topographical survey, hydrotechnical report, assessment of the existing structure, environmental considerations including WSA Section 11 application, conceptual design drawings, detailed cost estimates, contract tender support, construction inspections, and engineer of record including as-built drawings with photo log.
